Anjani Synthetics Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window

Anjani Synthetics Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's securities. The closure is in accordance with the Internal Code of Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for Designated Persons, including promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel, their immediate relatives, and other connected persons of the company from Thursday, 01st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of unaudited financial results for the stated period will be intimated separately.
