Trading Window Closure Announced by Anjani Synthetics Ltd. for Quarter and Financial Year Ended on 31st March, 2026

Anjani Synthetics Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel, and their immediate relatives and other connected persons. The closure will be in effect from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of the audited financial results will be intimated separately.
