Anlon Healthcare Incorporates Nigerian Subsidiary

Anlon Healthcare Limited has announced the incorporation of its new subsidiary, ANLON HEALTHCARE NIGERIA LIMITED, in Nigeria. This move is part of the company's long-term growth strategy, aiming to expand its presence in the West African market. The subsidiary will focus on manufacturing, importing, and trading Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), pharmaceutical bulk drugs, intermediates, Finished Dosage Formulations, cosmetic and personal care products, surgical implants, and medical devices. The incorporation is effective from September 20, 2026, with an authorized and paid-up share capital of Naira 100,000,000. Anlon Healthcare Limited holds 90% of the subsidiary's share capital, amounting to Naira 90,000,000.
