Anmol India Ltd Independent Director, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Resigns Effective March 17, 2026

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar has tendered his resignation as Independent Director of Anmol India Ltd due to his pre-occupations and personal commitments. The resignation will take effect from 17th March, 2026. Mr. Kumar confirms that there are no other material reasons for his resignation. The Company has received his resignation letter dated 17th March, 2026, and the details as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations are attached as Annexure B.
