Anmol India Ltd Reconstitutes Committees Following Resignation of Independent Director Sanjeev Kumar

Anmol India Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar as an Independent Director, effective from 17th March, 2026. Consequently, the Board of Directors has approved and reconstituted several committees with immediate effect. The Audit Committee has appointed Mr. Ripan Goyal as the new Chairperson, replacing Mr. Sanjeev Kumar. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee have also inducted Mr. Ripan Goyal as a Member, replacing Mr. Sanjeev Kumar in these committees.
