Trading Window Closure Announced by Anna Infrastructures Ltd for Quarter Ended 31st December, 2025

Anna Infrastructures Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and nine ended 31st December, 2025. As per the Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for Designated persons, i.e. Directors, Promoters, Designated employees, and Insiders/ Connected persons and their Immediate Relatives, effective from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
