ANS Industries Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Standalone Unaudited Financial Result for Q3 & 9M Ended on 31st December, 2025

ANS Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14th February, 2026. The meeting, named 2025-26/04, will be held at the head office of the Company at 144/2, Ashram, Mathura Road, New Delhi-14. The Board will inter alia consider, approve and take on record the Standalone Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025. The trading window will remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till the end of 48 hours from the declaration of the above financial results.
