NCLT Approves Resolution Plan for Ansal Crown Infrabuild Subsidiary

Ansal Buildwell Ltd announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, Court-IV, has approved a resolution plan for its subsidiary, Ansal Crown Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. The approved plan is submitted by M/s Nanu Ram Goyal & Co., who is now the Successful Resolution Applicant (SRA). This approval marks a significant step in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) for the subsidiary, which was admitted into CIRP on April 21, 2023. The resolution plan was approved by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) in its 14th meeting on April 2, 2024, and subsequently sanctioned by the NCLT on July 2, 2026. The process involved multiple CoC meetings, appointment of resolution professionals, and adherence to IBBI regulations.
