Global Defence Industries Closes Trading Window for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Global Defence Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will be shut from October 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. During this period, trading in the company's securities is strictly prohibited for the specified individuals.
