Antariksh: Directorate & KMP Changes on Sep 29, 2026

Antariksh Industries Limited's Board of Directors, at a meeting on September 29, 2026, approved significant changes in its directorate and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Mr. Nilesh Hasmukhbhai Kothari (Non-Executive Director) and Mr. Ankur Vasudevbhai Patel (CFO) resigned, along with Independent Directors Mr. Hardikkumar Dhirubhai Jetani, Mr. Jigar Nemichand Jain, and Mr. Harinarayan Ramanand Tripathi. These resignations are effective from September 29, 2026, and are attributed to the transfer of existing promoter shareholding to Mr. Alpit Pravinchandra Gor and Riddhi Infocom Solutions LLP, resulting in the cessation of control by the existing promoter.
