Antariksh Industries: Promoter change post 6.20% open offer completion

Antariksh Industries Ltd has announced a change in its promoter status following the completion of an open offer. Mr. Alpitkumar Pravinchandra Gor (Acquirer) and Riddhi Infocom Solutions LLP (PAC) have acquired an aggregate of 1,50,599 equity shares, representing 6.20% of the company's equity share capital, from the erstwhile promoter, Mrs. Gitaben Nitinbhai Patel. Consequently, the Acquirer and PAC have gained control and become the new promoters. Mrs. Patel has ceased to be a promoter as she no longer holds any shares. The new promoters, Alpitkumar Pravinchandra Gor and Riddhi Infocom Solutions LLP, now hold 34.66% and 30.15% respectively, totaling 64.81% of the company's shareholding.
