Antony Waste Handling Cell Subsidiary, Mumbai Eco Solutions, Incorporated for Two BMC Projects

Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd. has informed about the incorporation of its subsidiary, Mumbai Eco Solutions Private Limited. The Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) has been incorporated to undertake two Collection and Transportation projects awarded by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited, a material wholly owned subsidiary company, is the holding company of Mumbai Eco. AG Enviro has subscribed to 5,100 equity shares, resulting in Antony Waste gaining a controlling interest of 51% in Mumbai Eco.
