Kaizen Agro Approves Audited Financial Results for FY26

Kaizen Agro Infrabuild Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, including the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Statement of Cash flow. The board also approved the Independent Auditor's Report by M/s. M K Kothari & Associates. Additionally, M/s S. L. Prasad & Co. was appointed as Internal Auditors, and Ms. Priyanka Jain was appointed as Company Secretary, while the resignation of Ms. Chandni Gupta as Company Secretary was accepted, all effective May 29, 2026.
