Kaizen Agro Infrabuild Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the financial results declaration will be informed in due course. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from dealing in any transaction involving sale or purchase of shares of the Company during the closure of the Trading Window.
