Anupam Finserv Approves Audited Standalone Financial Results

Anupam Finserv Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, in a meeting held on May 29, 2026. The board also approved the issuance of secured, unlisted, unrated, redeemable, fully paid Non-Convertible Debentures up to ₹20 Crores on a private placement basis, material related party transactions, and the grant of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs).
