Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee, has pledged 66,05,000 equity shares of Anupam Rasayan India Limited, representing 5.80% of the total share capital. Prior to this pledge, Catalyst Trusteeship held 1,03,61,785 shares (9.10%). After the pledge, their total holding remains 1,69,66,785 shares, but the encumbered portion is now 66,05,000 shares, increasing the total encumbered shares to 14.90% of the total capital.
