Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee, has disclosed the pledge of 1,03,61,785 equity shares of Anupam Rasayan India Limited. This represents 9.10% of the total share capital. The pledge was executed in two tranches: 53,61,785 shares on September 23, 2026, and 50,00,000 shares on September 25, 2026.
