Anupam Rasayan India Ltd Reports Q3FY26 Results: 33% YoY Growth in Total Revenue, 7% YoY Growth in EBITDA, and 12% YoY Growth in PAT

Anupam Rasayan India Ltd, a leading custom synthesis and specialty chemical player, has announced its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a total revenue of INR 5,145 million, a YoY growth of 33%. The EBITDA (incl. other income) was INR 1,296 million, a YoY growth of 7%, translating into a 25.20% EBITDA margin. The Profit After Tax was INR 606 million, a YoY growth of 12%. The company also announced a definitive agreement to acquire Jayhawk Fine Chemicals Corporation in the United States, strengthening its global footprint and enhancing its capabilities in advanced custom synthesis.
