Anuroop Packaging Appoints M/s. A Sachdev & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Anuroop Packaging Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 02, 2026, has approved and recommended the appointment of M/s. A Sachdev & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The proposed term for the new auditors is five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 31st AGM until the conclusion of the 36th AGM. The previous auditors, M/s. Banka Banka, resigned due to pre-occupation with other assignments. M/s. A Sachdev & Co. is a peer-reviewed firm with extensive experience in audit and assurance services.
