The meeting will be held at the Corporate Office of the Company in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for the company's equity shares will be closed from January 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the results of the meeting are made public.
