Trading Window of Anuroop Packaging Ltd. to Close from April 01, 2026

Anuroop Packaging Ltd. has announced that the 'Trading Window' will be closed from April 01, 2026, for the consideration and approval of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the Fourth Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The trading window will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the audited Financial Results. Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are not allowed to trade in the company's shares/securities during this period. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of financial results will be intimated in due course.
