Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust: ₹6,823.24M Utilized from Preferential Issue

Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust has disclosed the utilization of funds raised through a preferential issuance. Out of approximately ₹6,964.43 million raised, ₹6,823.24 million has been utilized as of June 30, 2026, in line with the objects stated in the Postal Ballot Notice dated January 23, 2026. The remaining ₹141.19 million is unutilized and held separately for the same purpose. The company confirms no deviation in the use of proceeds or variation between projected and actual fund utilization. An independent Chartered Accountant certificate confirms the utilization status.
