Apana Logistics Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Apana Logistics Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective October 01, 2026. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
