Apeejay Surrendra Hotels Q1 FY27 Revenue at ₹166.8 Cr, Occupancy 92%

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) announced its Q1 FY27 financial results, reporting revenue from operations of ₹166.8 crore, an increase of 8.1% YoY. The company achieved India's highest occupancy rate of 92% in the upper upscale segment and maintained market leadership in RevPAR. Operating EBITDA stood at ₹47 crore, a 3.3% YoY increase, while Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹11.5 crore. The company is expanding into Tier II and Tier III cities, having acquired control of Zillion Hotels, Fisherman’s Grove Resorts, and Thali Hotels. ASPHL currently operates 42 hotels with 2,677 keys and has 45 more hotels under development. Its bakery brand, Flurys, plans to open 30 new outlets this year.
