Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Ltd Signs Hotel Management and Licensing Agreement with Luxmi Tea Co. Private Limited

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has entered into a Hotel Management and Licensing Agreement with Luxmi Tea Co. Private Limited for the operation and management of a proposed 100-room premium hotel project under 'The Park' brand. The hotel, to be developed on approximately 3.25 acres within the Chandmani Tea Estate, Siliguri, West Bengal, will include associated facilities such as food & beverage outlets, banquet hall, bar, and wellness facilities. The construction is proposed to be completed by March 2031, and the Agreement is for a period of 20 years from the Opening Date.
