Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels to Lease, Manage 138 Rooms Across Four Properties in Goa, Manali, Shimla, and Dharamshala

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Katsons Hotel and Developer Private Limited and Mr. Ved Parkash Kataria to acquire on lease and manage four properties located at Goa, Manali, Shimla, and Dharamshala. The MoU outlines a 12-year lease arrangement for all four properties, which will add a total of 138 rooms to the Company's portfolio. The Goa property is expected to be operational within 60 days and the other three properties within 90 days, subject to the execution of definitive lease agreements. This strategic expansion will strengthen the Company's position in the market and tap into the growing tourist market of Himachal Pradesh.
