Apex Capital Appoints New Statutory & Secretarial Auditors

Apex Capital And Finance Ltd announced board approval for the appointment of M/s MANV & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term (FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31), subject to shareholder approval. The existing auditors, M/s Mahesh Kumar & Company, will cease at the conclusion of the upcoming AGM. Additionally, M/s Dharamveer Dabodia & Associates have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the same five-year term, replacing M/s S. Behera & Co. who resigned due to pre-occupation and personal reasons. The board meeting took place on August 11, 2026.
