Apex Capital converts 76,00,000 warrants to equity shares

Apex Capital And Finance Ltd has converted 76,00,000 share warrants into 76,00,000 fully paid equity shares on May 11, 2026. The Securities Committee approved the allotment of these shares, each with a face value of ₹10, following the receipt of requests from warrant holders and confirmation of payment of the balance 75% of the warrant issue price. The total amount received towards the exercise price was ₹71,25,00,000. Post-allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from ₹5,91,99,780 to ₹13,51,99,780.
