Apis India Board Meeting on Aug 13 to Approve Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Apis India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results will include both standalone and consolidated figures. In line with SEBI regulations and the company's insider trading code, a trading window closure will be in effect from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are declared.
