APL Apollo Tubes GST Demand Reduced to ₹1.02 Lakhs

APL Apollo Tubes Ltd has received a revised demand order from the Deputy Commissioner (Appeals), Hosur, significantly reducing a prior GST demand for FY 2019-20. The original demand was ₹3,14,81,140. Following an appeal, the demand set aside is ₹3,13,79,274, leaving a balance demand of only ₹1,01,866. The company stated there is no material impact on its financials or operations and is examining the order for further action.
