Aplab: Amrita Deodhar Resigns as Chairperson (Eff. May 31, 2026)

Mrs. Amrita P. Deodhar has resigned from her position as Chairperson and Whole-time Director of Aplab Ltd, effective from the close of business hours on May 31, 2026. She will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Her resignation is due to pre-occupation elsewhere, preventing her from fulfilling her duties. The Board has acknowledged her valuable contributions during her tenure.
