Apollo Finvest India Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 3, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will also address any other matters that the Board may decide upon during the course of the meeting. In compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in listed equity shares of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from January 01, 2026, and will remain closed till February 05, 2026.
