Apollo Hospitals to Establish 500-Bed Hospital in Worli, Mumbai and Expand Lucknow Facility to 500 Beds

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, India's largest vertically integrated healthcare provider, announced a major expansion milestone by entering into a definitive agreement to Build and Operate a 500-bed hospital in Worli, Mumbai. The company's subsidiary, Apollo Medics International Lifesciences Limited, also proposes to expand its existing hospital facility in Lucknow to 500 beds from the present 300 beds. The Worli hospital is expected to be operational in 4 years, and the Lucknow expansion is set to be complete and operational in 3 years. These expansions are part of Apollo Hospitals' plans to add over 3512 capacity beds across 11 locations in India over the next 4 years.
