Apollo Micro Systems: 13,000 Equity Shares Listed on NSE & BSE

Apollo Micro Systems Ltd announced that trading approval has been granted by NSE and BSE for 13,000 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each, issued on a preferential basis to non-promoters upon conversion of warrants. These shares are listed and admitted to dealings on both exchanges effective June 9, 2026. The shares were issued at a premium of Rs. 113/- each, with a total issue price of Rs. 114/-. A lock-in period for these shares is in effect until December 10, 2026.
