Apollo Micro Systems Appoints Cost & Internal Auditors

Apollo Micro Systems Ltd has appointed M/s G H Reddy & Associates as Cost Auditors and M/s E Sateesh Reddy & Associates as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-2027. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting where the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, were approved. The board also approved a final dividend of Re 0.25 per equity share and appointed Mr. G. Seshadri Vasan as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, following the resignation of Ms. Rukhya Parveen.
