Apollo Micro Systems: Group Company Inaugurates New Plant

Apollo Micro Systems Limited announced that its group company, IDL Explosives Limited, has commissioned a new bulk explosives silo plant named Bolkunda Silo Unit near Asansol, West Bengal. The facility, spread over 8.4 acres, has a capacity of 9,000 MT and was inaugurated on October 22, 2026. This new unit expands IDL Explosives' national network and strengthens its capacity to service long-term bulk explosives orders from Coal India subsidiaries, aligning with the Apollo Group's energetics growth plan. The plant is strategically located to serve major mining operations in the Eastern and Central Coal Belts.
