Apollo Pipes Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Gupta as Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent Category) and Chairman of the Company. The decision was approved by the members based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors. Mr. Gupta is a seasoned industrialist with over 30 years of experience in the steel and building materials industry, having previously served the company in leadership roles. He is the brother of the current Managing Director, Mr. Sameer Gupta.
