Apollo Techno Industries Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window till 48 hours after March 31, 2026 Financial Results

Apollo Techno Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the period ended on 31st March 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the clarification given by BSE Limited. The trading window for the Director, Promoter, Designated Persons, and Immediate Relative will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026. All Directors, Designated Persons, and other persons of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Financial Results of the Company for the Half year ending on 31st March 2026 will be intimated in due course.
