Apollo Techno: Reg 24A on Secretarial Compliance not applicable

Apollo Techno Industries Ltd announced that Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, which mandates an Annual Secretarial Compliance Report, is not applicable to the company for the Financial Year 2025-26. This exemption is due to the company's securities being listed on the SME Exchange. As per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, compliance with certain corporate governance provisions, including Regulation 24A, does not apply to listed entities on the SME Exchange. The company confirmed it will continue to comply with all other applicable listing requirements.
