Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as a security agent, has disclosed the release of a pledge on 63,050,966 equity shares of Apollo Tyres Limited. These shares represent 9.93% of the company's paid-up share capital. The pledge was originally created by Emerald Sage Investment Ltd in favor of Catalyst Trusteeship for the benefit of certain lenders. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The release of the pledge occurred on August 26, 2026.
