Trading Window Closure at Apoorva Leasing Finance & Investment Company Ltd Until January 2026

Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives' of Apoorva Leasing Finance & Investment Company Limited, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the end of the Board Meeting to be held for the purpose of consideration of unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. All Designated persons and their immediate relatives and other Insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
