Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons in Apoorva Leasing Finance & Investment Co. Ltd

Apoorva Leasing Finance & Investment Co. Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons, including all Directors, Designated Employees, Insiders and their Immediate Relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons in the Securities of the Company, framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, and will remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated separately.
