Arcee Industries Appoints Amit Gupta as Additional Director

Arcee Industries Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Amit Gupta as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective September 8th, 2026. This appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Gupta's tenure will extend until the date of the ensuing AGM or the last date it should have been held, whichever is earlier. The company also noted the regularisation of Mr. Rohan Mehrotra and Mr. Amit Kumar as Independent Directors, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. CA Madhur Bansal and Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26 and M/s. CGH & Associates as Statutory Auditors.
