Arcee Industries Ltd received disclosures from promoters Mr. Ramesh Chander Gupta and Mrs. Shruti Gupta regarding the disposal of company shares. Mr. Ramesh Chander Gupta disposed of 86,953 shares, representing 1.69% of the total share capital. Mrs. Shruti Gupta disposed of 78,000 shares, accounting for 1.50% of the total share capital. Following these disposals, the combined shareholding of the promoter and promoter group decreased from 24.58% (1,263,262 shares) to 21.37% (1,098,309 shares).
