Koiya International Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Koiya International Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This closure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results. During this period, directors, designated employees, insiders, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities. The trading window will reopen 48 hours post-declaration of the financial results. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be communicated separately.
