Koiya International Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Koiya International Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from October 1, 2026, to facilitate the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the half-year ending September 30, 2026. This closure, in line with SEBI regulations and the company's insider trading code, prohibits directors, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from trading in the company's securities. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the official announcement of the financial results. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
