Archean Chemical reappoints auditors and independent directors

Archean Chemical Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of M/s PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second term of four years, from the conclusion of the 17th AGM (June 12, 2026) until the 21st AGM in 2030. The shareholders also approved the continuation of Mr. Kandheri Munuswamy Mohandass as Independent Director upon attaining 75 years, until December 5, 2026. Furthermore, Mr. Mohandass and Mr. Chittoor Ghatambu Sethuram were re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term of five years, from December 6, 2026, to December 5, 2031. These decisions were made at the 17th Annual General Meeting held on June 12, 2026.
