Assam Timber Products Acquires 12.70% Stake in Archidply Decor

Assam Timber Products Private Limited has acquired 706,962 equity shares, representing 12.70% of the total share capital, in Archidply Decor Limited. This acquisition was executed through an inter-se transfer of shares as part of a scheme of amalgamation among promoter group companies. The transaction falls under Regulation 10(1)(d)(iii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, exempting the acquirer from making an open offer. Following the transaction, Assam Timber Products' shareholding in Archidply Decor increased from 19.81% to 32.51%.
