Archies Limited has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 11:30 AM via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The company will present the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 18 to September 24, 2026, for the AGM. Electronic voting will be available from September 21 to September 23, 2026. Key agenda items include adopting the FY26 financial statements and re-appointing Mr. Varun Moolchandani.
