Archies Ltd Appoints Mr. Charan Jeet Singh Kochhar as Non-Executive Independent Director

Archies Ltd has appointed Mr. Charan Jeet Singh Kochhar as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective from 23rd March 2026. The appointment is for a period of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kochhar brings extensive experience in global business, finance, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and has leadership qualities. He is not debarred from holding the office of a director by any SEBI order or authority. The appointment will lead to the reconstitution of various committees of the Board in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The postal ballot and appointment of a scrutinizer for the e-voting process have also been conducted.
